Shortcut for clicking "Done"

Q: Is there a way for the Enter key to finish a POS transaction, instead of having to click the "Done" button?

A: Almost -- the combination Ctrl-Enter is a shortcut that will click the Done, OK, Save, or Close button of nearly any dialog in Campground Master.
