Q: Can I change my set up so that it says "Room" instead of "Site" since I run a hotel and not a campground?
No, the word "Site" can't be changed yet. It appears so many places in the program that it would be a major task to change it everywhere (not to mention the confusion with documentation), but when customizable reports and forms are available later this year you'll be able to customize things to the point it shouldn't be a problem.
